This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot pull a court file, change a setting, remove a record, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. The Clerk of Superior Court and the trial court are the official contacts for those services.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
For a public Henderson County case, Portal is the online starting point, but the Clerk keeps the official court file. A live hearing date should be checked in Search Hearings and confirmed with the appropriate court office if it is important. A clerk-issued copy is required when certification or a file review is needed.
- Docket or Case Summary: use the case search route or ask the Clerk for the record maintained in Henderson County.
- Hearing date or setting: check the court calendar route, then confirm with the relevant court line.
- Certified copy: request it from the Clerk of Superior Court, which is the official record custodian.
- Court file or document: see the court-records process and confirm availability, restriction, and fees with the Clerk.
- Traffic citation: use the citation number in Portal and the Henderson County Clerkâs payment or court-date channels.
